Week 6 – MKMMA

I was really resisting putting together a movie poster. The press release was tough for me to get out (and I’m still refining it!), so I was assuming the poster would be a challenge too. But once I got going, it was really fun! I just thought of my PPNs and what I could use to visually represent them, and then went for it with google image searches, personal photos, and stock photos! It turned out pretty cool!
My biggest challenge this week has just been getting through everything! It’s challenging but it’s also invigorating and affirming to be able to keep up with everything in spite of what gets thrown in my path. I don’t think that before this course I’d have been able to get by on the amount of sleep I’ve been getting these past few weeks, I think subby has absorbed this part of Scroll I and is helping me out:
…I begin to awake, each morning, with a vitality I have never known before. My vigor increases, my enthusiasm rises, my desire to meet the world overcomes every fear I once knew at sunrise, and I am happier than I ever believed it possible to be.
Yaaaay Subby! 🙂 I’m working on adding back more sleep to my life though, because 4-5 hours is not sustainable long-term! Especially if one of my PPNs is True Health!
I’m also noticing that I’m getting better about not putting things off… if I notice something that needs to be done–I’m on it! It’s pretty exciting to see the things I’m affirming and focusing on starting to show up in my day-to-day. Onward!
Laura, thanks for the tips! You’re an entertaining writer, too! -Grover
” . . invigorating and affirming to be able to keep up . . .” – you are so right! A great sense of accomplishment!
